David Brown Carr presents another monthly show about the Eurovision Song Contest, which this year celebrates its 70thanniversary. All 35 contestants for Eurovision 2026 have now been chosen, and all of their music videos are available on the official, Eurovision Song Contest, YouTube channel.
Five countries are boycotting the event in Vienna, Austria, in May because of Israel’s participation, but three countries are returning to the contest after being absent for one or more years... namely Bulgaria, Romania, and Moldova. Each of them has made a noteworthy contribution to the success of the contest during the past two decades or longer.
In this month’s show, David will celebrate their return by playing some of his favourite songs as performed by their previous participants in the contest.
He will also explain how to watch Eurovision 2026 from Vienna, Austria, in mid-May, live or later. And he will have some preliminary information about a few of this year’s entrants.
