Radio Hawke's Bay Winter Newsletter 2025

Hi Broadcasters,

Welcome to Winter...Brrrrr. Just a quick catch up to keep you up to date with what is happening here at your radio station. Some fabulous new programs have recently started and some long established program makers have decided to hang up their headphones for the time being.

There are some awesome new initiatives in the pipeline (did I say Radio with Pictures?? Shhhh!) Our website is undergoing a major make-over in the very near future...it’ll be easier to navigate and will be brimming with new features...watch this space!!!

Lot’s of good things happening . Keep up the great work.

See you soon !! Cheers Ken. (ed)

It’s Au Revoir not Goodbye!!

It is with a tinge of sadness that we advise that our SUPER TECH Richmond has decided to start a new chapter in his life and is heading off to check out the bright lights of Los Angeles in the USA for the next 12 months. On behalf of the team and broadcasters here at RHB we wish him good times and good fortune. But all is not lost, while Rich may be halfway round the world you’ll still be able to listen to repeats of his fabulous programs ‘The Metal Power Hour’ and ‘Easy Listening with Richmond’ until he returns.

Adieu old friend...we’ll miss you!!!
